Bookings and cancellations

Please contact us directly with any question about an existing appointment.

Cancellation and no-show policy. Plans change — if you can't make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as early as you can. Your confirmation email includes a link to cancel; to move an appointment, contact Northgate Fades directly. Cancelling early frees the time for someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.
